I will be exhibiting this year at the Royal Cornwall Show at Wadebridge, there will be a good selection of new and affordable works for sale, so do come along and have a browse,chat and enjoy the atmosphere! the dates are the 7th ,8th , 9th of June, my stand will be in one of the two large Craft Marquees

The Garden House exhibition started with a roar! we had over a hundred people attending the private view and more than a dozen paintings sold on the night, sales continued into the weekend and now with the tail end of the American hurricane departing our shores we are hoping for more visitors this week, the exhibition continues until Sunday the 18th

The Garden House exhibition is in less than two weeks, the work is all done and I'm looking forward to meeting some old friends and hopefully some new ones as well, so come along on the 9th between 6.30-9 to the pre-view, and if you can't make that then the show is on from 10th -18th inclusive from 10.30- 5 daily

I will be holding a fifth one man show at the beautiful garden house in Buckland Monachorum from September 10th to the 18th 2011, the private view will be held on Friday 9th from 6.30pm - 9.00pm, there will be nibbles and wine, no charge!

As the dark Autumn days return, I looked through my sketchbook to find a Summer image to remind me of those balmy days, I do not think any image could be more evocative than a wild Brown Trout hanging weightlessly in the stream beside some water crowfoot, so I finished up this painting!, can't wait for the Spring

OK so perhaps the the intro to MCB was a little subtle for some, here is a little more and a couple of "van pictures" to get going "dartmoor newtake" and "Wembury point"

Welcome to "ontheroad", M.C.B. is a two litre Fiat ducato camper van conversion now serving as a mobile studio as well! the few short summer trips so far undertaken have resulted in much more colour and vibrancy finding it's way into the paintings , hopefully this will continue into the future!
